No Prose

When texts take each other in, instead of standing apart side by side, when they are carried in a shared flow. At No Prose, a reading series for poetry and hybrid texts, works interlock instead of being read in blocks by author. »[…] You scared the neighbours / with your loud laugh, / with your long limbs. / You are a spider. / The mosquitoes fight with you / over my blood.« (Ground floor, Daria Pantyukhova) meets »let’s fight / about the reasons / i gifted you this high-quality cardboard cut-out / of me a couple of months ago […]« (When Grand Reveal, Lena Stewens).
After two events in Frankfurt, No Prose is now a guest at Kamins Zimmer in Berlin. Hendrik Arns, Hannah Siecksmeier, Zelal Yeşilyurt, Marlies und Selma Pahlenberg, Bianca Ferrari, Sebastian Woitscheck, Berfin Şilen, Lotta Beckers, Lara Finkenstädt, Caroline O. Jebens, Aran Kleebaur, Daria Pantyukhova and Lena Stewens will read.
No Prose is organized by Aran Kleebaur, Daria Pantyukhova, and Lena Stewens, but understands itself as a collaborative project.
